Jack Hanna and the Columbus Zoo
In spring 2007, Cages By Design partnered with Jack Hanna and the Columbus Zoo to completely renovate their holding room for promotional animals. These are the very same animals you see Jack on various television shows with. "We are very excited to win the approval of such a conservationist and well known figure in the industry,” says Adam Keller, president of Cages By Design. “We are very happy and honored to do this for them." In October, the Cages By Design team installed the over $50,000 worth of enclosures and accessories for Jack Hanna at the zoo. The cages hold everything from macaws, to snakes and armadillos.

Queer Eye for the Straight Guy
On June 6, 2006, CagesByDesign.com’s enclosures were featured on the season premier episode of “Queer Eye for the Straight Guy”. The fab five took their skills to Las Vegas and renovated an entertainer named Max Clever. Max does an animal/comedy act at the Stratosphere hotel and casino. The producers of “Queer Eye” contacted Cages By Design in March of 2006 to help them in their renovation. The Cages By Design team went quick to work to set up the perfect enclosures for a pair of cockatoos. The enclosures could not be missed during the show as they are the focal point of the interior renovation. In one scene (shown above), the fab five introduced the new cage to Max with great excitement, and at one point Thom (the interior decorator member of the fab five) even said “I think they are the most beautiful cages you can buy!”. The Cages By Design team wishes good luck to Max and his wife, as well as all their pets!

MSNBC Features Cages By Design
Frank Silverstein, producer for MSNBC's 'Your Business' sat down with Adam Keller, President of Cages By Design for an interview which aired on December 9th, 2007.   The premise of the show was to showcase how Cages By Design became a successful small business by manufacturing their products in the United States rather then importing their products from China through offering innovative designs, high quality output, and customized products.
